 Продукти:

1 стрък зелен лук
2 с.л. зехтин
150 мл бяло вино
1/4 ч.л. счукан черен пипер
2 клончета девисил
1/4 ч.л. счукан кимион
3-4 ситно нарязани фурми
1/2 с.л. мед
3 с.л. liquamen (рибен сос)
1/2 ч.л. винен оцет
3 с.л. петмез

Начин на приготвяне:

Ами както винаги, съвсем спонтанно и без особени планове.

Нарязваме лука на ситно и го запържваме съвсем нежно в зехтина.
Гасим с виното, изчакваме малко да се изпари алкохола и прибавяме всичко останало като най-накрая сгъстяваме леко с петмеза.

Не забравяйте само да опитвате с лъжичката постоянно, защото количеството на всички продукти и тук е малко повече от условно. Намерете вашата лична вкусова златна среда и си подарете това мъничко готварско стихотворение.
