GVSTVM DE PRAECOQVIIS
Apicius IV, 5, 4


Превод: Почисти здрави, зрели кайсии, махни костилките, сложи ги в студена вода и ги положи в тиган. Счукай черен пипер, сушена мента, сипи liquamen и прибави мед, passum, вино и оцет. Изсипи това в тигана върху кайсиите, добави малко зехтин и вари на слаб огън. Като се свари, сгъсти с нишесте. Поръси отгоре с черен пипер и сервирай.

 

Продукти за 4 порции:

500 г почистени здрави зрели кайсии
4 листенца мента
50 мл полусухо вино
50 мл Passum
1 ч.л. оцет
1 с.л. зехтин
1 с.л. мед
Liquamen (или тайландски рибен сос)
счукан черен пипер


Приготвяне:

Сваряваме плодовете заедно с всички останали продукти и сгъстяваме с брашното.
Поръсваме с черния пипер - готово.
